Outside, the snow crunches with every step; inside, the fire crackles in the hearth. Around 300 kilometers of slopes await you in Montafon – or rather, beneath your skis. Add to that over 100 kilometers of groomed cross-country trails, more than 290 kilometers of winter hiking paths, illuminated toboggan runs, and ski tours where you can carve the very first tracks.
The cold mountain air has given you a proper workout, but soon that pleasant tiredness sets in – the kind only a long day in the mountains can bring. And when you come back in the evening with rosy cheeks and a big smile? Then we just say: "Hock hera" – meaning: come sit with us.

From gentle family slopes to the Diabolo run with a 70 percent gradient. Our hotel’s own shuttle ski bus takes you every morning to the Latschau, Hochjoch, and Zamang lift stations – and picks you up again afterward.

We want your ski day to begin with skiing or snowboarding – not with searching for a parking spot. That’s why we offer:
- Hotel’s own ski bus shuttle: We take you every morning to the Golm and Hochjoch lift stations and pick you up again in the afternoon.
- BergePLUS included for our guests: All tours and events of the Montafon Alpine Program are free of charge for you – snowshoe hiking, llama trekking, curling and more, led by trained alpine guides.

Ski passes right here: You can pick up your ski pass for the whole of Montafon at our reception. Our tip: the mountain railways in Montafon and Brandnertal use dynamic pricing – the earlier you book, the less you pay. Best to book it together with your hotel stay.

Winter picnic: at one of our Montafon mountain lodges (subject to availability). Because everything tastes better at the summit than at a self-service counter. Subject to availability.
Ski-in, ski-out – eyes up, then down the slope
High above the snow-covered valley, where the crisp mountain air tingles in your nose and the sun scatters ice crystals across the slopes, lies our Golmerhaus. Right on the ski slope, wonderfully cozy, and with every comfort. Mornings bring the first glimpse of the peaks, daytime the slopes of the Golm ski area, and evenings are for cooking together, laughing, and enjoying the warm atmosphere of the lodge.
The Golmerhaus is a self-catering lodge for groups, families, or friends who want to spend quality time together in the mountains. And if you’re looking to get even further away from everyday life, our other Montafon mountain lodges are ready for you too. Our own quad bike takes you comfortably up the mountain in winter.
