Arrival and Departure
Your room will be ready for check-in from 3:00 PM on the day of arrival. Are you arriving earlier? Feel free to use our leisure area (arrival breakfast can be booked additionally). On the day of departure, we kindly ask you to vacate your room by 10:30 AM. A late check-out is possible subject to availability, and the wellness area is open to you all day.
Rooms & Amenities
All rooms, suites, and apartments are non-smoking. Wheelchair-accessible rooms are available – just let us know when booking. Free Wi-Fi is available throughout the house.
Catering
Half-board menus that you cancel by 11:00 AM will be credited with €20. If you only wish to stay with breakfast, the daily rate will be reduced by €30. And a tip from experience: It’s best to reserve your massage appointments before arrival – but it’s also possible on site, subject to availability.
Prices & Payment
The local tax is currently €2.70 per person aged 14 and over per day (in addition to the room price). Pets are welcome for €28 per day (without food; not allowed in common rooms and leisure areas, on sunbathing lawns, and in restaurants). You can pay in cash, with EC-Direkt, Visa, Mastercard, and American Express.
Cancellation
You can cancel free of charge up to 1 month before your arrival date. After that, cancellation fees apply: up to 1 week before, 60%; in the last week, 90% of the package price. Our tip: Travel cancellation insurance provides security – we are happy to offer it to you directly with your reservation. Austrian hotel contract law applies.
