- On the day of arrival, your room will be ready for you from 3.00 p.m. You are also welcome to arrive earlier and use our leisure facilities (breakfast can be booked in addition)
- On the day of departure we ask you to vacate your room by 10.30 a.m. – late check-out possible subject to availability; the leisure area is still available to you throughout the day.
- Wheelchair accessible rooms
- We charge € 18 for half-board menus that are canceled in good time (before 10.00 a.m.).
- When booking an overnight stay with breakfast buffet, the daily price is reduced by € 22.
- Pets € 28,- per day, without food (not allowed in lounges and restaurants)

The accommodation contract can be canceled by unilateral declaration by the contracting party up to 3 months before the agreed date of arrival of the guest without payment of a cancellation fee.
Outside this specified period, withdrawal by unilateral declaration by the contracting party is only possible subject to payment of the following cancellation fees:
– up to 1 month before the date of arrival 40% of the total package price
– up to 1 week before the date of arrival 70% of the total package price
– in the last week before the date of arrival 90% of the total package price
The provisions of Austrian hotel contract law apply.

Enjoy it all – from early to late
From 7.30 am to 11.00 am you can enjoy the vital breakfast buffet. The hearty afternoon snack from 3.00 pm to 4.30 pm is also included in your 3/4 pampering board. In the evening, you can choose from 5-course gourmet menus with options, as well as vegetarian delicacies – all of which you can enjoy on our unique sun terrace in summer.
